Q: What inspired you or led you to your current career?

Guillermo: Working in a multinational corporation introduced me to strategic planning perspectives. In the early 2000’s, I changed my career to a more strategic approach. I pursued a Masters and a PhD and at some point in Puerto Rico, we decided to enhance our careers looking for better positions and with more responsibility here in the US. That ultimately led us to Greendale.

Glendaly: In my case, I love what I do. My passion for the beauty industry and educating others lead me to the position that I have been in for the past 4 years.

Q: What is your favorite restaurant in Greendale, and what do you love there?

Guillermo: I love The Steakout for the flavor of the meat they serve. One of the best I ever tasted recently.

Guillermo & Glendaly: We don’t know too many people yet. Just our neighbors so far.

Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be? And why?

Q: What is your favorite movie OR what is the first movie you remember seeing in a theater?

Guillermo: Gladiator. It was a very interesting movie. The sounds and effects are fantastic.

Glendaly: My all-time favorite movie is Dirty Dancing. It was so remarkable for me because, when I was in high school, I was able to learn the finale dance. And because of that, I participated in different talent shows and won twice.

Q: What advice would you give a crowd of people?

Guillermo: I’ve learned that it is not all about how smart you are but how you approach things systematically.

Glendaly: Pursue your dreams or what you really want to do in life and work for it.
